We have than 30 years experience as team photographers — and are happy working indoors or out. We can keep it small with a few lights, or bring an entire studio setup to make gorgeous team & portraits. Whatever it takes!

We've been making beautiful team photos for more than 20 years (in fact, my first job as a professional photographer when I was a teenager in highschool was
working with a local team photographer).
We are happy working indoors or out. If you're a high school or college team and want to feature your home gymnasium - great! But we're just as happy working outdoors — which always presents a new and interesting challenge.
We also offer studio style portraits — we bring the studio to you. Whether the photos feature something like a classic grey background, or we go with a
greenscreen to create a completely different look, our goal is to produce team photos you love!
We aim to produce the highest quality portrait we can, while also keeping our photos as affordable as possible. Prices vary depending on the style of photo (some — such as the greenscreen style — require much more work that others and are priced differently). Our goal is to bring great value and benefit to every club and family we work with. There is no cost to the club to have us photograph, we rely on high quality products to generate interest and purchases from families.
We want not only our photos and products to stand out, but the entire experience of working with us. We work to keep things as simple as possible for clubs while providing the most value to clubs and families. If you like what you see, but think we're too far away to come out, please get in touch! We travel regularly and are happy to coordinate with clubs regardless of distance.

There is no cost to the club to have us out to photograph your team photos.

For clubs that have their own facility and are looking for banners and signage, we run our own in-house large format printer, so we can also offer very economical pricing. By bringing production in-house, this allows for better quality control, faster turnaround and lower prices!

Tournament Action & Media Day Coverages
When we are your team photographers, clubs who wish to have us photograph their teams in action, receive our best rates. (Our lowest club rates are offered early in the season or during league weekend dates).
Additionally, we offer our lowest prices on our Media Day photography. Social Media is playing a greater and greater role in club promotion and athlete celebration. This is a great opportunity to set aside day for fun, energetic athlete photos that the club and athletes can use to promote on social media.
Media Day
Media Day is common in college and professional sports teams, and is becoming more common in club volleyball. This is a a day that is set aside to photograph athletes, concentrating on their personality and individual uniqueness. The entire purpose of the photography and (optional) video clips is for use in media - club promotional materials and social media.
Photos of athletes on media day can be used to highlight events — from something as simple as an athlete's birthday, a standout performance in a match or tournament or signing a commitment letter to play in college!
We've found it works best for Media Day to be a separate date from team photos, as this allows us to work longer with each team to engage with the athletes and create more content, without the additional need to manage photo order forms or answer questions about products, delivery times, take payment, etc. which are all very common on team photo day. Additionally, Media Day photos utilize different backgrounds, lighting and other effects (such as smoke!) to generate unique looks. This takes more time per athlete and it isn't generally feasible to accomplish both the team photos and media day images on the same day.
The exception to separate team photo & media days would be when working with a smaller number of teams. For a club with up to 8 teams, assuming photos are scheduled early enough in the day, it would be workable to do team photos & media day at the same time. It would simply be a matter of scheduling each team in longer blocks (approximately an hour per team for team photos & media day photos).
One possible way to reduce the time needed for Media Day is the limit it to the older athletes — perhaps 15 and up. This approach also gives your younger athletes something to look forward to as the progress in your club!

Before Photography
When engaging us as your team photographer, we ask only a few things to help make the experience successful for everyone:
- Accurate rosters with athlete first & last names, jersey number and coaches name well before photo day so that we start preparing photo backgrounds, etc. This allows production after photography to progress quickly.
- Regular emails from the club to families to inform them of the date time and location of photos. Several of these emails may be needed to make sure busy parents don't forget!
- A notice on the club website with a link to the photo order form and our Team Products page so that parents have a clear idea of what we offer.
- Posts to club social media reminding parents that club photos are coming, with references to our website so that parents can see what we have to offer.
- A safe location in which to photograph — if photographing inside an athletic facility while practice is occuring, we just need enough clear space to setup and a buffer to keep us from being pelted!
Day of Photography
To ensure that photography goes smoothly and quickly and that parents are able to get their questions answered and place their orders on picture day,
we bring out a full set of samples of all of our products, all supplies needed for placing orders and taking payment, banners with pose suggestions, etc. as well as several staff.
- It generally takes an hour to and hour and a half to setup admin and ordering, lights, background and samples. For that we will need access to the facility well before the first team is to arrive to photograph.
- Access to power for our flashes. We've got plenty of extension cord length — we just need to know where the plugs are!
- A coach or parent who can act as "Cat Herder in Chief" to assist by gathering the next team to photograph so that they are ready to go. This crucial step allows photography to progress very rapdily!
- After photography, we usually need about 45 minutes to fully teardown, pack and get our things out of the facility.
Parent Benefits
Aside from beautiful photography and high quality products, we also offer a discount on our tournament action photography (these can be coverages exclusive to an athlete or general for the team) for each family who purchases a team photo package with us.
Photo Prices
We work to keep our packages as affordable as possible. They have not seen a price increase in the last five years. Currently, our packages start at $35. We're happy to answer any questions parents may have and customize our offerings to help ensure parents are able to get what they want. We are proud of the range of products we offer. Each of our Team & Athlete Collages is custom designed with your club logo and club colors. We manage all production in-house to guarantee the best results and fastest turnaround times. We offer photographing prints from 4x5 inches all the way up to 20x30 posters — even team banners! We also offer beautiful high gloss metal prints, custom plaques for hanging and easel back prints for display on a desk, shelf or mantle, drinkware such as ceramic mugs and double-walled aluminum tumblers — all with gorgeous custom designs. We also offer keepsakes suchs as buttons, keychains, magnets, metal trading cards, bag tags and more!
Team & Athlete Collage
We custom design our team photos for each club we work with. We are happy to incorporate your club colors and logo as we generate a new design.

Custom Individual posters are available in 8x12 Mini Poster and 12x18 Poster Sizes!
Team Banners
Looking to make a statement in your factility? Look no further than our Team Banners! These are printed up to a huge 40x90 inches for maximum impact. (Smaller sizes and different designs are available as well.) This design is also available at a more wall-friendly print of 8x18 inches and is also the layout used for our Team Mugs. We're happy to discuss custom banner designs as to meet your needs!
Specialty Products
In addition to our beautiful prints, posters and stunning banners, we have a wide range of gorgeous items — from buttons and keychains, to ceramic mugs, double walled tumblers, to plaques, bag tags and even metal prints!
T-Shirts
Wear your athlete in pride! Our beautiful, full color shirts feature your club's logo on the front chest and your athlete in gorgeous color on the back. These shirts are produced using a special process which, unlike screen printing, allows a full range of colors in quantities as low as one! Each garment is custom produced.
Our shirts come in a range of sizes from XS to 5XL. They are made from 95% polyester and 5% spandex, making for an incredibly comfortable garment.
Metal Prints, Easel Prints & Plaques
For items with the most impact and dramatic color, look no further than our stunning metal prints, plaques and easel back prints. Each of these products uses the same special surface to produce a smooth, glossy finish with vibrant colors and detail.
Metal Prints
Metal Prints are available as tradition flat prints with mounting options for wall hanging, or feet for display on a shelf of desktop. Metal prints are also available as curved prints, allowing for a uniquely standalone display. Finally, a custom "stacked" metal print is available featuring a 5x7 individual athlete image floating above a larger 8x12 background image with the club logo, team photo and roster.
Plaques
Featuring edge to edge imaging, a chamfered profile and keyholed back for easy wall hanging, our plaques provide a wonderful "heft" to your images with their notable thickness and weight. These gorgeous plaques come ready for display in your home or office.
Easel Backed Prints
Easel Backed Prints are little siblings to plaques. Made of the same material, but thinner and featuring an "easel back" most often seen on photo frames, these prints are ready for display on your mantle, desktop or office shelf. These make wonderful gifts for family as they come ready for easy display!
Hinged Prints
Our hinges prints are similar to our easel back prints. Made using the same, beautiful material as the easel back prints and plaques, the hinged prints lack the stand or hanging key holds and are instead connected by hinges. This allows them to sit, free standing, on a desk or shelf. No frames or hanging needed!
